Science and business. That’s this week in chocolate. Let’s see what happened…
Let’s start with some science. Soon your chocolate bar will be as healthy as a refreshing glass of milk. At least in terms of being calcium fortified. Yum yum, compound chocolate.
Scientists are developing a Super Chocolate by focusing in on the lecithin and making a more stable chocolate. Won’t mean much for most craft chocolate but perhaps now it will really just melt in your mouth and not in your hand.
Speaking of cheap chocolate: how do those dollar stores get away with selling “brand name” chocolate? Maybe now they can’t. Now where are you going to get your Meteor bars?!
Back to school is coming up which means a return of chocolate fundraisers. Look into a bit of the backend of how this business turns a profit. Also those almonds are gross (will not stop me). But soon to be calcium fortified!
Want to keep your kids out of your chocolate? Why not just feed it to them.
