The People of Codex
…And Why We’re Here

Chocolate Codex as an informational resource for consumers looking to expand their chocolate knowledge and appreciate chocolate in-depth. We feature tasting notes and commentary on chocolate from around the world. We have developed our own (totally unscientific) tasting guidelines. These guidelines serve as a prompt to help our tasters and readers develop their own tasting vocabularies. The reviews we post are not ratings, but a system of cataloging our experiences. We hope to grow our tasting team to represent a broad, cross-cultural spectrum of individuals.
Chocolate CODEX was started by Jasmine and Chris. We live in Vancouver, Canada.
